  • Strategic Leadership in Release Management: Leading strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering outstanding service and experiences.
  • Excellence in Delivery: Ensuring high-quality releases on time, managing execution, and aligning with strategic initiatives.
  • People and Culture Development: Fostering a positive, high-performance culture, promoting inclusion, and driving achievement.
  • Technical Expertise and Collaboration: Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge, collaborating with stakeholders, and aligning with industry best practices.
What you'll bring
  • Over 8 years of expertise in release management, implementing and supporting enterprise-scale software services for customer-facing 24/7 complex platforms, advising on strategic and operational matters.
  • Proficient in managing complex release management teams for at least 3 years, focusing on technical and design management, engineering productivity, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering incremental value across multiple digital products in diverse, multi-team, and multi-business environments.
