- Strategic Leadership in Release Management: Leading strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Technical Expertise and Collaboration: Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge, collaborating with stakeholders, and aligning with industry best practices.
What you'll bring- Over 8 years of expertise in release management, implementing and supporting enterprise-scale software services for customer-facing 24/7 complex platforms, advising on strategic and operational matters.
- Proficient in managing complex release management teams for at least 3 years, focusing on technical and design management, engineering productivity, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of consistently delivering incremental value across multiple digital products in diverse, multi-team, and multi-business environments.
