Reliability and Maintenance Manager
This Innovative group operate an exciting plant-based environment specializing in renewables.
Currently in the process of expansion we are sourcing a highly experienced Reliability Manager to ensure that the plant equipment operate efficiently and at optimum performance in a safe and reliable manner.
As the Reliability Maintenance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Demonstrate your Asset Management skills by implementing effective strategies to maintaining new and existing equipment and machinery.
- Using your engineering skills and experience, ensure that plant operations are above industry standards and ensure that safety is at the top of the priority list.
- Regularly review reliability systems and look to the future in developing continuous improvement on that reflect the maintenance strategy.
- Work with upper management in developing appropriate budgets as well as ensure adequate support is provided for the maintenance team.
What you need:
- Minimum - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Process/Chemical)
- 10 + years experience working in a plant based environment in a similar role
- Atleast 5 years experience in Asset Management and or team management in a plant based environment
- Proficient experience in Maintenance and engineering operation practices
- The ability to interpret mechanical, electrical and pneumatic designs
- Strong organization skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the team.
- Proven background on the ability to stick to timelines and managing budgets effectively.
