Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitation of daily Offshore Reliability Meetings: Lead and facilitate daily meetings with offshore teams to discuss reliability issues, identify emerging challenges, and coordinate proactive solutions.
- Performing reliability statistical analysis: Conduct thorough daily, monthly, and ad hoc statistical analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the reliability of offshore assets. Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Completing routine asset performance analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of offshore asset performance to contribute valuable insights to relevant corporate reports and strategic decision-making processes.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and Reliability Improvement projects: Lead RCA investigations to identify underlying causes of reliability issues and implement effective solutions. Drive Reliability Improvement projects to enhance the overall reliability and efficiency of offshore operations.
- Monitoring implementation of improvement initiatives: Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives to ensure timely implementation and effectiveness in addressing reliability challenges.
- Assisting Maintenance Strategy Reliability Engineers: Collaborate with Maintenance Strategy Reliability Engineers in the development and optimization of equipment maintenance strategies as required, leveraging your insights from offshore operations.
- Reviewing and acting on Condition Monitoring findings: Critically review and take action on findings from Condition Monitoring activities relating to the offshore area, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to potential reliability issues.
- Electrical Trade
- Electrical Engineering Degree
- Post Graduate qualifications in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Experience in a Reliability Engineering Role or similar: Demonstrated proficiency in a Reliability Engineering role or a similar field, showcasing the ability to effectively enhance asset reliability and operational efficiency.
- RCA Facilitation Expertise: Extensive experience as an RCA Facilitator, highlighting strong facilitation skills in guiding teams through complex investigations to identify underlying issues and drive actionable solutions, including adeptness in resolving conflicts that may arise during the process.
- Strong Group Facilitation Skills: Well-developed group facilitation skills, demonstrated through the ability to effectively lead discussions, collaborate with diverse teams, and overcome conflicts to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis: Possess highly developed analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data analysis techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
