Urgently seeking a Reliability Engineer with experience in heavy industry.
Working in the Asset Management and Reliability function you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and auditing of the asset management system and processes in compliance with the Asset Management Standards by providing technical expertise to site production and maintenance personnel executing strategic asset management plan actions.
In conjunction with the Asset Management Teams, you will build and maintain equipment maintenance strategies for all equipment within the operational area of responsibility through RCM and FMECA studies.
- Monitoring the planning, designing, and developing of maintenance programs.
- Loss elimination, risk management and identifying opportunities to maximize reliability.
- Employ Reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) to ensure that systems continue to do what their user require in their present operating context
- Employ Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify and analyses the possible failure modes of equipment and components, ranking and prioritising each failure based on its impact and its probability of occurrence.

- Previous Heavy Industry experience will be in play
- Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering discipline
- Ideally some experience in the Reliability Engineering in mining / heavy industrial
- Demonstrable experience in FMECA and RCM
- Demonstrated experience in planning and management of Reliability Engineering, condition monitoring and non-destructive testing services for large infrastructure
- Proven ability in analytic and report writing
