About the Role
BiORG is looking for Reliability and Logistic Engineers practitioners with hands-on experience in Defence Industry. We specialise in developing Integrated Support systems to address supportability requirements throughout all phases of the capability systems life cycle. We are looking for people to join our team to work with our existing clients and finding new clients to identify, develop, implement, and monitor supportability of a capability/system from concept until it is disposed of.

What we are looking for:
- Experience in acquisition or sustainment projects
- Experience in Defence Programs
- Hands-on experience conducting the following:
- Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM)
- Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
- Task Analysis
- Sparing Analysis
- Maintenance evaluations and Maintenance task analysis
- Experience developing Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), including LSA Record (LSAR)
- Knowledge of Technical Publication Standards (Desirable)
What we are also looking for:
- Exposure to the Australian Defence capability lifecycle and processes
- Experience building trusted & valued relationships with project team, customers & partners
- Good Communications and Liaising skills
- Must hold a current NV1 security clearance or higher

About you and what you’ll bring
- Education and Qualifications in logistic, reliability engineering, formal training, or equivalent experience (at least 2 years) in a logistics/asset management discipline.
- Must hold at least an NV1 clearance.
