What this job involves:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Relief Building Manager to join our team! In the role, you will work collaboratively with experienced Building Managers across various residential assets in NSW to cover their leave.
A snapshot of the role:
- Cover existing Building Managers whilst on leave
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
- Manage multiple buildings across various sites as required
- Ensure common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation
- Provide superior levels of customer service
- Experience in hotel or building security, building concierge, facilities management or operations
- Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
- Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
