The Role And Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project management of subdivision initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient subdivision processes, from conceptualization to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
• Manage regulatory compliance, zoning requirements, and permitting processes for subdivision projects.
• Ensure the quality and technical excellence of subdivision designs and infrastructure.

To be considered for this stand-out opportunity, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Upwards of 7 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Experience of working within an engineering design consultancy in Australia
• Experience of working as a Project manager on Land Development (subdivision) projects
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Full working rights in Australia
