We are seeking an energetic, proactive and motivated candidate to join our team and develop their skills in Legal Administration, Office Services as well as customer service.  This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to learn and work with an experienced and supportive group of Legal Administrative Assistants and Office Services Team in our Adelaide office.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your understanding of customer service, legal administration, processes and procedures.

In this role we will give you exposure to all the different roles and responsibilities an Administrative Assistant undertakes while working across multiple different practice groups and business services teams to increase your knowledge, service and support skills.

In this role you will learn how to:

  • Provide administration support through various tasks such as filing, word processing, time entry, billing and undertaking rounds
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service through completion of administrative duties with a high attention to detail alongside Legal Administrative Assistants and Office Services
  • Support existing talented and dedicated legal teams in a fast paced and rewarding environment

Requirements


To be successful for this position, you will ideally:

  • Ability to work at least 4 days per week
  • 2 or more years experience in a professional services, law firm, administration role
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstratable customer service experience and problem-solving skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have strong organisation and time management skills
  • Have strong initiative and willingness to learn
