YOUR NEXT ROLE
Due to growth within our business Hyne are offering exciting opportunities to grow, develop and learn as a Relief Process Operator in the Kilns. In this position you will use your knowledge and technical aptitude to operate multiple machines/plant, while managing the production process of our manufacturing plant. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in a supportive and progressive organisation. This is full-time permanent position with 8-hour rotating shifts.
TUMBARUMBA
You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 90 minutes drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury.

- Improve the functionality and performance of the manufacturing facility, within your limits.
- Troubleshoot any problems with the faciality’s equipment and instruments to maintain safe operation.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout the area of responsibility using pro-active practices.
- Use technology within the operational area to its optimum potential to achieve production levels that meet and exceed business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations.
- Ability to work as part of a team is essential and to work autonomously when required.
- Those with previous experience with forklift, gantry cranes, heat/treatment plants, as well as good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude would be highly advantageous.
