The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in underserved areas and capable of working autonomously and withing a dynamic team in challenging environments.Our Benefits

- Develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs, preferences, and goals, in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
- Provide skilled nursing interventions to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, catheter care, and disease management.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, and intervene as necessary to address acute or chronic health issues.
- Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
- Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.
- Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years working in remote or rural healthcare settings
- Ability to work autonomously outside hospital environment
- Evidence of prior service
- Specific qualifications or Training for specialty area
- National police certificate
- A valid and up to date Ochre Card
- Up to date vaccinations
