- Valid MR, HR, HC, or MC licence essential.
- ABN & ACN essential.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months' driving experience with heavy vehicles.
- Possess robust physical fitness to meet the demanding requirements of the role.
- While experience in removals is advantageous, we enthusiastically invite applications from candidates new to the industry, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Showcase exemplary communication skills, underpinned by an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the removal processes, embodying a customer-centric approach that fosters lasting relationships with Kent Clients.
- Working in a safety conscious environment putting the safety of yourself and others first
- Packing, uplifting and delivering household goods and personal effects for local, interstate and international removals
- Using state of the art industry leading electronic inventory systems
- Briefing operations staff on any non-conformities in the job scope as it progresses
- Ensuring that your vehicle is fully serviced, roadworthy and cleaned to a standard that reflects a tier one moving company
- Providing a collaborative approach towards continual improvement
