The Remuneration Principal will play a pivotal role in assisting to shape the reward and performance landscape of our organisation.You will be instrumental in developing and executing remuneration strategies that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a track record of success in remuneration within a complex business environment.This is a great role offering large impact across our organisation, with a combination of strategy development, interaction with our executive team along with people leadership.What We OfferFlex appeal: choose where, when and how you workPerformance-related payAccess to thousands of learning programs so you can level-upGlobal presence across 22 countries; opportunities to work where we do business.Purchased annual leave schemeAdditional Telstra day offAdditional 30% off Telstra products and servicesToolkit provided (laptop + mobile phone + plan paid for)What You’ll DoDeveloping and overseeing the strategy, framework, and governance for all aspects of reward and performance.Lead the team delivering the annual remuneration review activities, including the management of the short-term incentive program.Partnering with senior executives and the People, Culture and Communications (PC&C) teams to provide expert advice on remuneration matters, including job classifications, market benchmarking, and incentive plan design.Supporting the continuous improvement of remuneration and performance policies, practices, and governance structures.Conducting research on evolving remuneration practices in the external marketplace and guiding the design and development of comprehensive remuneration, recognition, and benefits programs.Preparing People and Remuneration Committee papers and contributing to decision-making processes at the executive level.About YouProven experience as a Remuneration Principal or similar level role managing a team within a large, complex, and listed business environment.Working knowledge of the regulations and laws impacting remuneration, with multi-geography remuneration experience desirableDemonstrated expertise in designing and implementing remuneration strategies, frameworks, and governance including incentives.A deep understanding of job evaluation and job analysis methodologies.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.If you are looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!When you join our team, you become part of a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone is respected, valued and celebrated.
