Rental Co-Ordinator

We believe that people do amazing things and surround ourselves with people who are as committed as us to providing a safe and highly productive working environment for our employees.Haynes are currently seeking a Rental Co-Ordinator for our client in Moranbah who is a national fleet provider for mining vehicles, 4WDs, utes, commuter buses and mechanical services.Key Responsibilities:

• Primary day-to-day point of contact at branch for customer requirements
• Complete pre- and post-rental procedures and paperwork
• Schedule vehicles for rent and maintain the booking system
• Reporting directly to the Branch Manager and offer operational support as directed

• Monday – Friday roster

About You

• Hold a current Manual Drivers Licence and reliable transport
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate and demonstrate excellent time management
• Motivated, with a strong work ethic
