If you have experience in Scheduling, Administration, Customer Service, and Account Management, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Admin/Customer Service Co-ordinator, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking emails, booking jobs, sending quotes
- Maintain and engage in sales activities and active communication
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely communication
- Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
- Coordinating schedules and appointments to optimise efficiencies
- Receipting online payments and reconciliation of accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners
- Supporting accounts receivable and payable to maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaising with industry organisations to enhance business opportunities
- Provide support to Managers in day-to-day administrative/customer service work
- Ad hoc administration and operational duties as required
Skills and experience:
- Experience: Prior experience in Scheduling, Administrative Support, Customer Service, and Account Management is a requirement.
- Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures accurate record-keeping and top-notch service.
- Organised: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: You're comfortable collaborating with various team members and departments.
- Construction Background: While not essential, experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other Windows applications
