Currently we have 6 clinic locations - Springwood, North Lakes, Noosa Heads, Buderim, Bundall and in Sydney in Castle Hill - with more clinics opening in 2024.

About the Role:
As our Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will execute the strategy and content creation for our brand. You'll be responsible for executing and overseeing daily activities to ensure they align seamlessly with our marketing and product strategies. Collaborating with Influencers, as a content creator you'll create fresh, authentic content that resonates with our audience.
- Plan and execute content calendars to align with Marketing Including, Print and Social Media campaigns and goals.
- Create and edit original content (stills/videos).
- Develop content concepts for organic and new engagement
- Consistency of brand messaging, digital and print
- Community management of comments and DMs.
- Lead influencer programs, including outreach and content coordination.
- Explore brand collaboration and gifting opportunities.
- Report and analyze key metrics monthly to assess performance.
- Use data to recommend strategy optimizations.
- Creating blog and EDM content.
To be successful for this position you must have the following:
- 2-4 years’ experience managing a brands marketing
- Passion for Marketing, Skin, beauty and aesthetics
- Be a strong, witty copywriter who can communicate and align with brand tone of voice
- Content creation experience
- Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva)
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
- Results oriented - thrives on finding creative ways to solve problems and achieve goals
- Must be up to date with META, AHPRA advertising guidelines
This is a Permanent part time /Contractor based out of our Bundall Head Office.
