Haynes are currently seeking a Rental Co-Ordinator for our client in Moranbah who is a national fleet provider for mining vehicles, 4WDs, utes, commuter buses and mechanical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary day-to-day point of contact at branch for customer requirements
- Complete pre- and post-rental procedures and paperwork
- Schedule vehicles for rent and maintain the booking system
- Reporting directly to the Branch Manager and offer operational support as directed

About You
- Hold a current Manual Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate and demonstrate excellent time management
- Motivated, with a strong work ethic
