Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage Repairs and Maintenance projects for storage facilities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for Repairs and Maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Collaborate with customers, agreeing insitialltion dates and managing expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
- Lead a dedicated team of contractor maintenance and repair professionals.
- Proven experience in project management within the storage or industrial built form industry,
- Preferrence for pallet racking exposure.
- knowledge of storage facility systems and Maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards would be ideal
