Join the Cyber Resilience Program at Swinburne University of Technology as a Senior Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering projects. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead project management efforts within the program, providing consulting services to stakeholders and coordinating project teams, vendors, and internal suppliers. Your strong collaboration, coordination, and communication skills will be essential as you work with a diverse group of professionals to successfully deliver projects. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk, as well as defining project requirements, preparing project resources, and leading project teams to achieve goals. If you have a knack for solving complex problems, working within a professional project management framework, and bringing stakeholders together to drive project success, we want to hear from you.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Extensive and broad Program + Project Management experience across all areas of organisational change including significant IT projects.
- Experience in a large-scale project environment.
- Experience in Project Strategy development.
- Expertise in project management approaches, tools (including proficiency in MS Project) and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Qualifications
- A postgraduate level qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
