Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and manage Repairs and Maintenance projects for storage facilities. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes for Repairs and Maintenance activities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Vendor Management: Collaborate with customers, agreeing insitialltion dates and managing expectations. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Provide regular financial updates to senior management. Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team of contractor maintenance and repair professionals. Skills required: Proven experience in project management within the storage or industrial built form industry, Preferrence for pallet racking exposure. knowledge of storage facility systems and Maintenance processes. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
