A little bit about our role:
We on the hunt for a skilled Reporting Business Analyst to join our Sydney, NSW team.
As a Reporting Business Analyst, you will liaise directly with our customers and produce high quality specifications. Reporting to the Head of Customer Analytics you will be a part of a fun team providing analytical and reporting support. You will also work closely with the wider Customer Success Team.
Who You are?
You are an experienced Reporting Business Analyst who is delivery focused, confident and committed to providing excellent customer service. Your excellent communication skills, exceptional time management and organisation skills see you succeed in this role.
You are eager to learn, and a strong team player and you will also have:
- Skills and experience in gathering requirements for BI and data visualisation solutions
- Experience in working in Agile environment
- Understanding of SQL (any of the MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres) databases and data structures
- Provide specification documents that are concise and easy to understand
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience
- Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
- Be a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Highly organised and solutions focused
