The Opportunity
As the Business & Risk Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in connecting risk data to key insights, allowing the business to make risk- informed decisions while supporting our overall risk management, governance, and decision-making processes.
Your strength lies in the use of advanced data analysis techniques, extracting meaningful insights from project data, creating interactive and user-friendly dashboards to communicate project health and performance. You will also identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities to accelerate the availability of real-time risk information to stakeholders. With your expertise, you will collaborate with project teams to develop accurate budget forecasts and identify trends, anomalies and potential risks.
Reporting to the PMO Head, the position is further supported by our talented team of people across Operations, Project Delivery and Finance (to name a few). This role is based out of our Girraween office in Sydney.
You will bring:
- Experience within a Risk Analyst / Business Analyst or like position preferably within the water industry, civil construction or utilities / infrastructure environment that requires extensive data or information analysis
- Formal qualifications in Commerce, Compliance and / or Risk Management
- Experience using Power BI and relevant tools specific to reporting risk or business performance
- Experience with InEight preferable but not essential
- Excellent presentation, communication skills and stakeholder management skills
