Lead and provide a formal and holistic approach to portfolio wide initiatives through the orchestration, prioritisation, and analysis of potential value and business impact from a set of programs and projects. This approach has a primary integration and enablement focus (between strategy and implementation) ensuring portfolio wide initiatives are delivered seamlessly.
Specific responsibilities include:
Chair the weekly meetings with account stakeholders
Prepare all monthly & quarterly governance reports in consultation with the various account workstreams
Work with JLLT in the development of account specific reporting dashboards
Ensure all processes are integrated
Support the development of business cases submitted to the client for continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for.
This role is all about change management and understanding our operating model so you can translate this into what that means from a technology perspective.
You have proven reporting and program management skills or a background in PMO and/ or transitioning accounts, and you are now keen to challenge yourself and move into a role which will confront your skills. You will drive client engagement to ensure that we go beyond service management to partnership management.
We are looking for a team player who can not only see the big picture but break that strategy down into operational pieces and deliver.
