The role
As a Research Analyst, you’ll support research practitioners in planning, coordinating and leading work relating to the collection and interpretation of quantitative data. You’ll collate fit-for-purpose insights and support informed decision-making based on collected data.
Your duties
- Create online surveys to conduct market research
- Create presentations to communicate data-driven insights
- Conduct research and data collection
- Communicate research findings agency wide
Skills and experience
- Experience across the quantitative research lifecycle
- Strong organisational skills in managing competing priorities
- Experience in delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes
- Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS and PowerBI would be highly regarded but not essential.

This role will be offered in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth or Sydney CBD.
You must be an Australian citizen to work with the ATO.
