The Royal Melbourne Hospital Emergency Department has a strong track records of research success, both with investigator initiated local projects, and contribution to multi-centre studies.
We are looking for a Research Coordinator to support the initiation and facilitation of research within the Royal Melbourne Hospital Emergency Department.
Your new role:
- Conduct, facilitate and promote research within the Emergency Department.
- Provide education and interactive support for clinical staff within the department.
- Identify and enrol appropriate participants into current approved clinical trials, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are maintainted.
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection and submission for analysis.
About you:
- You are a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with acute emergency nursing experience and previous involvement in quality improvement projects.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills.
- You work well in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- You have great attention to detail and time management skills.
