Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Integrate scientific methodologies across various Biotechnology domains, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer between different scientific teams involved in bioprocess development (fermentation, cell separation, metabolite recovery, protein chemistry), analytical method development (process and product analytical sciences), process scale-up, technology transfer of processes and test methods between sites, product and process quality and regulatory compliance
Workflow Optimisation: Contribute to the development of streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and excellence in the execution of diverse scientific projects.
Risk:
Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks associated with scientific processes, offering proactive solutions to mitigate uncertainties across a spectrum of projects.
Problem Solving: Contribute to scenario analyses for projects, providing proactive solutions to mitigate risks and uncertainties in various scientific endeavors.
Responsibilities:
Versatile Expertise (for Biotechnology Scientist): Bring a diverse skill set to the organization, showcasing proficiency across multiple scientific disciplines including bioprocess development, scale-up, technology transfer, bioprocess analytical technologies and product quality assessment in order to contribute to the success of Biotechnology development projects.
Fermentation Specialization (for Fermentation Specialist): Apply specialised expertise in fermentation, actively contributing to and advancing our fermentation technology initiatives.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Versatility (for Biotechnology Scientist): Demonstrated experience and proficiency in various scientific domains including bioprocess development, scale-up, technology transfers, and product quality, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to explore diverse areas of research.
Fermentation Experience (for Fermentation Specialist): Demonstrated experience and expertise in broad range of industrial microbial strains and fermentation processes, showcasing a practical understanding of its applications in various scientific projects.
Collaborative Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
