Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimating and scheduling team to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise the drafting and CA team to ensure all projects are well-prepared for construction.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure effective communication and support.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee project management and programming.
- Enhance company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Collaborate with accounts and construction teams to achieve KPI targets.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of seven years' experience in the construction industry, with a preference for custom home building experience.
- Familiarity with planning and building requirements.
- Experience in scheduling and estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction and at least three years in a management role.
- Proficiency with computer and office software.
