What you will be doing:

  • Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate and in-depth assistance that exceeds guest’s expectations.
  • Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone or email
  • Converting phone enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining accurate information in OPERA, including billing information.
  • Enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
  • Amazing attention to detail and experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ensure the best selection for the guest, whilst maximising revenue through up-selling
  • Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
