Farmgate to Plate; 9 years young and located across 2 sites (Miranda & Burraneer), farmers markets, e-com store and supplying restaurants around the shire.  Farmgate has become the go to store for quality meats and special occasion produce you cannot find locally.  A local leader in smallgoods production and multi award winning business.

Fred’s Providore; Established 2022, still in its infancy but known locally as the go to venue for premium produce.  Fred’s has some exiting changes coming this year adding more depth and offerings to its amazing site. 

Killer Condiments; Our newest venture, Killer was born in our kitchens and is now stocked in over 100 retail outlets nationally.  We will be attending multiple events and shows this year including Fine Foods Australia & Meatstock.  

The Role:

As a Team Assistant/Marketing & Business Support Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our expansion and innovation efforts. This position is central to the operations and marketing efforts of our businesses, requiring a proactive individual with a keen attention to detail. You will support our team's efficiency and contribute to our marketing strategies, embodying our values and driving forward our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Support: In line with our 'Integrity at Every Step' value, provide exceptional support to our leadership and greater team, enhancing productivity and ensuring operational excellence.
• Content Creation, Social Media & Website Management:Leverage your creativity to boost our brand presence and engage our community, showcasing our 'Excellence in Innovation.' 
• Marketing & Business Strategy Execution: Act as a key player in implementing strategies that strengthen our community connections and brand visibility.
• Administrative & Operational Support: With a strong focus on 'Attention to Detail,' manage administrative tasks and support projects to streamline business processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders, reflecting our 'Community First: Crafting Connections' value.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, communications or similar a bonus. 
• Experience around Shopify, SEO & Meta advertising a plus.
