SALARY PACKAGE: $75K - $77K + Super + Perks

Our client is a sophisticated, beachfront, five-star luxury hotel, which boasts international career progression, excellent benefits and facilities.
They are currently seeking a talented Reservations Manager to lead their Reservations Team and exceed guests’ expectations when you join this well-known and highly regarded property.

THE ROLE
• Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will have 3 full time reports
• Motivate and inspire the Reservations team to deliver impeccable service
• Promote a sales environment to achieve maximum room sales and revenue
• Initiate strategies to ensure the hotels standards are met and exceeded

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel
• Experience of Opera, Delphi, Synxis or similar
• Revenue management systems knowledge
• Rate and inventory management experience and forecasting
• Hands on leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
• High level of interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes
