About the role:
We are currently seeking a Residential Care Coordinator to join our team in Rockhampton. Our Coordinator will provide leadership and direction for strong service delivery and participant outcomes. The coordinator will manage a team of staff ensuring that participant care, assessment, support, and advocacy is of a high standard.
