- In this role you will co-ordinate and develop marketing initiatives, both national and local
- Manage and grow major customers in WA Region, includes negotiations for contract re-sign and commission payments, replacing non-performing Agents, growing market share by introducing new Agents
- You will ensure customer growth, residential sales volume and gross margin targets as per annual budgets
- Monthly reporting on volume, margin, customer growth, new and lost accounts, agency development, marketing and opposition activity
- Record, manage new leads on CRM and support sales team is part of your role
- Maintain up to date agent and distributor pricing information, contracts, accounts, safety documentation and training records for the use of service team
- Further, you will report all opposition activities, market trends, product developments and price differences to management
- Retention and training of domestic agencies & distributors is required
- Adhere to OHS and safe working environment
What makes you great- You have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in field sales
- Previous Customer Service experience and ability to work within regional markets as well as corporate environment
- Experience and ability to function as a hands-on leader and take full accountability of the team is required for this role
- Past experience in working within a fast paced environment, multi-tasking with a sense of
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at all levels
