Opportunity:
This is a Channel and Solutions Sales role. The opportunity is to further strengthen and grow our Australian Channel Business. In addition, we are also seeking a person who has the flexibility, talent and capability to drive and grow our Solutions Business in Western Australia. You will need to bring your breadth of Channel and ICT experience to this role, managing and driving sales through our traditional and new Channel partners. A strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple product suites across multiple Channels is a must.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management within the defined territory Responsible for developing and growing our entire Solutions Portfolio with a strong emphasis on Wave PTX and Video
- Meet regularly with all channel partners to review plans & actions, agree on goals & objectives & discuss strategies for winning major opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plan for each channel partner
- Effectively manage the relationship with key channel partners. Communicate Motorola’s strategies, plans, goals, direction & policy.
- Enable and upskill identified partners to be able to effectively sell our Solution portfolio
- Act as a trusted advisor to influence partners/customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty to MSI.
- Travel to engage and support our Channel Partners as required
- Expand our Solutions Business in the described region, expand our partner base and upskill the existing partner base.
- Help to identify, onboard and enable new Solutions focused partners to help support the growth of our Solutions business in this region
- Work closely with the current Channel Account Managers in Australia to execute the Solutions strategy
- Work closely with Regional Sales Leads to help develop strategic growth plans
- Driving end customer engagement and the development of Solutions portfolio opportunities
Basic Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years Sales or Business Management
- Senior Management & C Level Experience
- Relevant Experience in large enterprise sales
- Relevant Experience in solution sales
- Broad understanding of technology infrastructure such as wired/wireless networks, network services, data analytics, managed services
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and working in a high performing sales environment
- Travel required in country regional WA, South Australia and Northern Territory as required to connect with channel partners and end customers
