The Role:
The company is seeking highly motivated and experienced Residential & Commercial Property Valuers based in Brisbane, QLD. This role allows individuals to complete valuations and assessments remotely, utilizing market-leading technology and platforms. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team committed to providing accurate and insightful property assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations and assessments for residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
- Utilize advanced technology and platforms to enhance valuation processes.
- Work remotely with reduced on-road and travel requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- RPV or CPV qualified with ideally at least 12 months of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge base and understanding of the residential property industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication.
- A passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitude towards technology.
- Great work-life balance with the option to work from home, in an office, or both.
