About the Position
The business is currently in the market for a Maintenance Officer to join their team in a full time permanent role servicing projects across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a Tradesman, Maintenance person or similar to take the next step in their professional career/
The position will require you to undertake maintenance requests within residential homes, including initial inspection, completion of trade works, generating reports and reporting back to the management team.
What we're looking for:
- Trade or maintenance experience - may suit a Carpenter looking for the next step
- Residential building exposure highly regarded
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Client liaison capability and great interpersonal skills
- Experience in a maintenance, labourers or similar role
- Able to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Can-do attitude
