Disability Service Provider is seeking motivated individuals to fill our Residential Support Worker positions in our SIL Home in the Campbelltown area. Multiple positions available, offering regular casual employment(with a view to permanency with good performance).

Key Responsibilities:
- Meal planning preparation
- Personal care, and toileting
- Medication administration
- Domestic duties
- Community Access
- Implementation of BSPs
- Assistance with medical/allied health appointments
- Shift and Incident reporting
- Basic clerical, or administrative duties
Various shifts available (AM/PM) include 1:1, supports, Active Overnights, Sleep Over shifts.
Key Qualities and Skills required include:
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check (NDISWC)
- Permanent Resident/Citizen of Australia
- Covid-19 triple vaccinated with booster where applicable
- Minimum 12 months industry experience required
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/ Individual Support desirable
- Driver's Licence - Must own vehicle

Salary;
Attractive hourly rates and conditions in accordance with your skills and experience. Ability to work towards pay increases and bonuses.
Employment type;
Casual roles available. Regular shifts, no rotating rosters and no split shifts. superannuation in addition to attractive hourly rates.
