About the role
Join the team as a Leading Hand with the idea to move into a Supervisor Role in about 6 months
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Communicating with a range of people including site management, company clients, tradesman, sub-contractors and apprentices
* Providing direction and supervision to teams of Labourers and Operators
* Ensuring project deadlines are being met and quality workmanship in maintained
* Work closely with management and stakeholder to ensure a safe and efficient operation of the site.
Skills & experience
* Trade qualification with proven experience supervising the construction of residential homes
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
* A great attitude with good communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Achieve construction targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
* Health and Safety knowledge and safety implementation

Benefits
$45 - $50 an hour on wages plus Super, Holiday and sick pay
After 6 months in the role the idea will be to move you into a Supervisor Role
