Our client is a local family owned and operated manufacturing company, specialising in building customised aluminium vessels for private, luxury and commercial use. We have an opportunity for an office wiz for a workshop-based role in the West Lake Macquarie region.
The role:
Acting as a personal assistant to the Director and working independently in the day-to-day office management. You will be completing general reception/administration duties and supporting the workshop in stock management and receiving stock.
- Minimum of 2 years office administration experience navigating office procedures efficiently
- Meticulously organised and well presented
- Proven experience with Microsoft Suite, Excel and Projects is highly desirable
