Silver Wolf Projects has been established since 2007 and is a responsive, innovative mid-sized Engineering/Building Consultancy operating primarily in the insurance industry, with offices in Perth, Sydney, Canberra, Queensland, Melbourne and Adelaide.
We have a Part Time position for an all-round office administrator, who would be based at our newly established office in Como, Perth. Hours of work will be 1230 to 1730 Monday to Friday. There would be time in the office with the new (and growing) team, and some time when you would be on your own. However, you would be in constant communication with our team of engineers and administrators based in other States.
This multi-faceted role is suited to someone who is motivated, energetic, highly organised, with a “can-do” approach, outstanding customer service and telephone skills, excellent attention to detail, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
No two days are the same. Amongst other tasks, the job requires office administration, job/client allocation, management and logging of new incoming matters, email management, appointment booking for our staff, scheduling inspection runs for our team of engineers. You may also become involved in client database management and providing back up support to our national administration team.
Previous experience with various database and software packages, including MS Office products, and especially Excel, is a prerequisite.
