The Australian National University (ANU) provides accommodation for nearly 6,500 domestic and international students who call our beautiful campus their home. The ANU Residential Experience Division is notable for its quality, variety, and support of students' academic, leadership and personal development.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team as a Residential Experience Division Project Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the effective and efficient operation of accommodation service at ANU, with a specific focus on project management, service improvement, governance support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management and administration support to ensure compliance with ANU obligations in the PBSA Agreement and PBSA Hard Facilities Management responsibilities.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to all ANU Halls, Lodges, and Graduate House.
- Manage summer conference bookings within the Residential Experience Division, including liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders and promptly responding to inquiries.
- Oversee and manage a small team of casual staff during conference periods.
The successful applicant will be able to work confidently in a complex environment, build a collective understanding of service development imperatives and engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
