Residential Scheduler

An excellent position available with a leading residential builder based in Osborne Park.

TEN Recruitment are working with one of WA’s largest home building companies who now have a new opportunity for a Scheduler to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Scheduler with experience in single and double storey residential home building to join a well known and reputable company.
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Osborne Park.
Your new role would see you:

• Price materials and labour to provide accurate BOQ
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes and liaise with the sales team with costings, providing variations as required
• Process invoices or suppliers and subcontractors
• Review in construction schedules, analyse variances and take offs
• Liaise with estimator to update and maintain variations
• Reconciliation of scheduled/ estimated margins
• Liaise with estimators to update and maintain variations
• Liaise with supervisors, administration staff, sales team and construction manager

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years residential scheduling or estimating experience in residential home building
• A team player, able to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organisation skills and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer literacy with proficiency across the MS Office suite of applications; Databuild experience will be advantageous

This is a permanent position with a salary of $80k plus super, based in Osborne Park & close to public transport as well as a range of parking options close by.
