Do you have experience in the Residential Building industry? We are looking for someone to join our growing team on a “Long Term” basis, to grow into and learn Custom Residential Scheduling & Construction within our company.
Some experience in the Building Industry is required along with a high level of attention to detail, being comfortable with mathematics and calculations but mostly a general enthusiasm for the job is needed. (You could be Junior Scheduler, a Building Tradesman looking for a change, or have a few years scheduling experience already but looking for something that challenges you more - Please detail in Resume).
The Role:
- Scheduling material and take-off's.
- Sourcing trade quotations.
- Creating purchase orders.
An ability to communicate effectively with Staff, Sub-Contractors & Consultants is a MUST along with good computer literacy. This position is not due to the stimulated condition of the building industry, we are looking for a person to learn and fill a long-term major role in our growing company.

The Requirements:
- Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Pleasant demeanour and enjoy working in a team
- Experience in the residential construction industry (with a Residential Builder or Supplier to a Residential Builder) would also be beneficial
- Remuneration will be negotiated relevant to experience
