Due to the continuous growth and demand for the quality services on offer, there is currently a great opportunity for an experienced aged care management professional to work as the Residential Services Manager in a full time capacity.

Role overview:

The ideal candidate would be a progressive, energetic leader with a strong clinical and health care management background and operational management experience.

The role would be responsible for the overall effective management of the residence, ensuring the delivery of premium clinical care, maintenance of standards, promotion of a positive work environment and operational efficiency. They will oversee the management of physical resources, ensure the maximisation of revenue and adherence to accreditation standards and delivery of care, and effectively manage the administration and hiring process.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in an aged care setting, preferably in a residential and / or community setting in a relevant supervisory or management level position.
• Management experience in a health care setting.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of ACFI assessments and submissions in a residential aged care home.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC funding principles.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in the provision of aged care.
• Must have current AHPRA registration and strong clinical management experience
• Tertiary qualifications in business management, gerontology, or a related discipline an advantage
