The Role
To develop, execute and monitor the project plan in conjunction with the UKG Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and chairing the Project Teams
- Setting project work assignments and timelines
- Ensuring work by the Project/Setup Team is completed by the agreed date
- Determining and allocating resources required for the implementation including training rooms, hardware with access to UKG, audio/visual equipment
- Coordinating meetings with various parties as required to gather information for the Product Design Workshop and determining standardisations
- Reviewing the final Product Design Document for correctness and completeness
- Acting as liaison between the Executive Sponsor, Project Team and Setup Team
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
- 5 Years + experience in IT Systems project implementation and testing experience
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related field
- Strong ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage and balance competing demands with the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Experience implementing/updating Time & Attendance/Payroll systems, preferably Kronos
- Flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional disposition
- Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
