- Residential Valuer - Yass/ACT
- RPV or CPV Qualified Valuer
- Tight geographical areas and good fee writes to maximise commissions
- Working independently (or under a strong mentor if required), as part of the Yass/ACT Residential Valuation team,
- To complete allocated valuations to a high quality in a professional manner within required timeframes
- Maintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market and update TOPS sales database accordingly.
- RPV or CPV Certified - specific ACT property knowledge is not essential
- Good communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Mentorship (for those RPV or close to RPV status Valuers) by a highly experienced Valuer
- Industry leading software known to reduce report writing time
- Condensed areas of coverage to ensure intimate market knowledge and reduce travel time and petrol costs!
- High fee writes and competitive commission package
- Strong support through Regional Managers/ QRM and Valuer Care/Development teams here to support and ensure your success from day one.
