Tuga Pastries is a second generation baker that has been in Sydney for over 35 years making the best pastries, but most famously known for its amazing Portuguese Tarts. The business continues to grow as we expand our new cafes and restaurants in Alexandria and Clovelly. The business culture at Tuga is one that values excellent customer service, quality products, and a warm and friendly atmosphere where staff are looked after. "Tuga x Village" is our newest eatery in Clovelly and part of the Tuga Pastries group. This new venture is already gaining a lot of positive attention in Sydney.
Opportunity
We are excited to be looking for full-time Chef to join our small team in Clovelly. You will be highly creative and, in particular, be able to make a significant contribution to the development of new products and menu creation.
The indicative annual salary for this position will be $70,000 to 75,000 plus superannuation

Prepare and cook items from our café menus
Plan and cost menus and create specials
Work with management to ensure service is running efficiently for the restaurant.
Ensure hygiene standards are followed and maintained
