This is a position that has become available due to growth within the organisation. It is a permanent role and is one that will see you grow within the business quickly with the right attitude and work ethic. If you are somebody that shares those two qualities and have the ability to converse with a wide range of stakeholders. Then this is the role for you.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a few years’ experience in recruitment and is as adaptable as they are quick on the uptake. However, realistically, we are after the right personality for this position. If you’re either at the beginning of or looking for a new corporate challenge, have strong attention to detail and are happy to lend a helping hand when needed, then you are the personality we are looking for.
This is a small team who operate a busy and successful organisation providing legal consulting and resourcing services. You will be reporting to the newly appointed Team Leader of Resourcing to assist in everything from recruitment activities to general office administration.
What does recruitment activities mean? You will be completing reference checks, pre-screening on candidates, and writing job advertisements to attract the best talent. This means that you need to have the ability to speak with different stakeholders including clients and candidates either on the phone or through emails.
This dynamo team strongly encourages a strong team dynamic. Busy times require all hands-on deck, so while the above tasks are important and core to the role, it will be more varied depending on demand. This is why we would love someone who is up for variation and comes with a positive, can-do attitude!
