The OpportunityBA candidates must have relevant industry certifications and experience in the field. A proven record of accomplishment in the analysis and design of successful business outcomes and strong client engagement is essential. Demonstrable experience in producing a range of BA artefacts is required including business and functional and non-functional requirements documents, user stories, business and systems rules analysis and mapping, BPMN models, and benefits articulation and measurement.All candidates applying for this position must be an Australian Citizen and have a current Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
Key responsibilities include:- Produce standard analysis artefacts such as “as-is'/”to-be” business process maps, user stories, high level requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, cost benefit analysis and benefits realisation plans.
- Multi-task and be familiar a number of different intersecting projects and their respective ICT systems, business processes and broader departmental and whole of government requirements while working with a cross section of business line areas.
- Experience with agile application development teams, experience working in agile software such as DevOps
