What You'll Do: 

You'll be orchestrating the end-to-end recruitment process, utilising innovative strategies to attract the best and brightest candidates. 

Your mission? Building an elite pool of talent ready for immediate client presentation. You'll be the bridge between exceptional candidates and our Account Managers, ensuring seamless placement. Plus, you'll be the friendly face guiding candidates through international recruitment and relocation processes.

Your Role

• Targeted recruitment and promotion initiatives, creating a buzz about HealthX.
• Harness the power of databases and social media to source potential candidates.
• Be efficient in responding to applications and inquiries.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks with finesse.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records using cutting-edge CRM systems.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel valued and supported
• Collaborate with our high performing team, achieving extraordinary outcomes together.
• Keep the cogs turning by providing insightful activity reports to senior staff.
