This role is all about the drinks, the service and the people. It will suit someone who has the energy, enthusiasm and proven ability to lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-paced, quality-focused service setting. This is a hands-on, out-front role, that also requires attention to detail across all bartending or front of house aspects.
About You:
- Must have your NSW RSA
- Passionate about food, wine, beer and coffee
- A true interest in creating beautiful experiences for our customers in line with out ethical and relaxed ethos.
- Friendly, charismatic and focused on service
- Willing and able to share your professional skills and knowledge with your team as well as take direction and learn from others
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and can deal calmly and professionally with guests and team members
- Familiar with systems such as SevenRooms, LightSpeed, etc.
- Must be available most weekends
Restaurant Supervisor:
- 2 Years minimum experience in a restaurant as a Restaurant Supervisor
- Experience working in fast paced environments.
- Love food and drinks and want to know more and enhance your knowledge
- Must be available for most weekends
Bar Supervisor:
- At least 2 years of bar experience, including a minimum of 12 months in a team leadership role
- Able to demonstrate your relevant drink and service knowledge- full knowledge of classic cocktails, understanding of spirits, beers and wines, line cleaning and ability to improvise and create new and exciting beverages
- Maintain Stock Level & Quality Control
