Manage the bar and beverage service for a brand new restaurant & bar; create amazing cocktails and provide excellent beverage recommendations.

The role:
- Oversee daily Bar and restaurant operations
- Provide expert beverage service from cocktails to wine
- Maintain and improve customer service standards
- Manage Bar staff, adhere to SOPs
- Foster staff development and nurture a positive work culture
- Supervisory / Management Experience in premium, high-volume Bar environments with excellent team leadership skills
- Awareness of Beverage trends, pairings, pricing and budgeting
- Must excel in time management, adaptability and customer service, always ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent Cocktail skills and wine knowledge
- Flexibility for a 7 day roster
- Part of a brand new restaurant and Bar team
